Welcome back to the Stay Awake 24 website - there are now LESS THAN THREE MONTHS TO GO until pupils at
Thomas Adams School, in Wem, Shropshire, take part in this mammoth event!
Website fully updated! - this website is now completely up-to-date. Registered participants should sign in, in
order to find out the latest information. The 'countdown calendar' shows all the important forthcoming dates.
Final registration opportunity - there will be just one, short registration window, which will
be open from 2nd to 10th September. This is your FINAL opportunity to sign up to take part in Stay Awake 24.
Monthly quiz and Prize draw - participants are encouraged to sign into the website
and visit the relevant pages for your chance to win prizes. We have only been getting a few entries to
the monthly quiz (which isn't usually that difficult!) and around 10-20 entries to the free prize draw.
The current quiz (running until the end of August) is on the subject of geography and, as of this latest update, there have been NO
correct entries. Entries this month are via email - see the page for details. August's prize draw is also now open.
Nearly £2500 promised! - with the next sponsor forms from participants
now handed in, it is fantastic to note that nearly £2500 has been promised so far, on track
towards our £5000 target. One-third of the money raised is being donated to Children
in Need, one-third to improve the school's stage lighting facilities and the final
one-third on other school projects. Participants have now received their final sponsor forms.
